Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Graduate Trainees to join our Inbound Sales and Marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to start a fulfilling career in sales, client engagement, and business development. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build core skills that will accelerate your growth in the professional sales and marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable product or service solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries through calls, emails, social platforms, and other communication channels.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate actively in training sessions and apply learning to daily tasks and interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive ability and confidence in engaging with clients.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and building strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in any discipline (Candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Communication have an added advantage).
