About the Salté Nation Trainee Pastors Ministry Program 2026

• The Salté Nation Trainee Pastors Program is a 12-month full-time ministry training experience designed to raise dynamic, Spirit-filled, and kingdom-driven pastors for the Salté Nation movement.
• The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on ministry training throughout the entire 12 months.

Participants may choose to specialize in one of the following ministry areas:

• Pastoral Ministry
• Youth Ministry
• Children’s Ministry
• Music Ministry

Training will primarily hold at the Salté Nation Abuja Campus.

Accommodation will be available for successful applicants who require it.

Allowance: Each trainee pastor will receive a monthly allowance of ₦100,000 during the training period.

Eligibility Criterias for the Salté Nation Trainee Pastors Ministry Program 2026

We’re looking for passionate and teachable believers who meet the following criteria:

• You have a clear sense of God’s call to ministry.
• You are a university or polytechnic graduate.
• You have completed NYSC.
• You are under 30 years of age.
• You can work effectively as a team player.
• You are willing to learn, grow, and serve with humility and excellence.
• You are ready to give your all to the Lord and His work through Salté Nation.

Selection Process

• The program is highly competitive.
• Only candidates who meet our standards and demonstrate readiness for ministry will be selected for admission into the program.

After the Program

• Upon successful completion, exceptional candidates will be appointed as Resident Pastors or Ministry Leads within Salté Nation’s expanding network across Nigeria and Overseas.
• Placement will be based on calling, competence, and demonstrated growth during training.
