Job Description

Applications are now open for the 2026 SAP Young Professionals Program, a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP.

This intensive 2-month program is designed to equip recent graduates with globally recognized certifications and essential soft skills needed to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.

At the end of the training, SAP works closely with graduates, connecting them to a wide range of career opportunities within its network of customers and partners.

About the Role: SAP Consultant

The role of an SAP Consultant is broadly divided into two key areas: Functional and Technical.

As an SAP Consultant, you will be involved in key phases of SAP projects, including blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrades, particularly within S/4HANA environments.

You will provide both business process expertise and technical guidance to help organizations maximize their investment in SAP solutions.

In addition, consultants are expected to:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across assigned projects
  • Analyze business needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide consulting, coaching, and knowledge transfer
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must:

  • Have the legal right to work in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, or Egypt
  • Be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role not aligned with career goals
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:
    • Business Administration
    • Management Information Systems
    • Engineering
    • Data Science
    • Artificial Intelligence
  • Have graduated within the last 3 years (top-quartile GPA preferred; proof may be required)
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an SAP-related career (including roles that may involve travel)
  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Be fully available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday throughout the program
  • Have reliable internet access, as training will be conducted virtually
