Criterias for the Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program 2026
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM program (BSc, BEng, or BEng.Tech in Automation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering).
- Must be a recent graduate 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
- Relevant internship experience within process control, industry control, oil & gas or energy & chemical environment.
- Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
- Proof of Completion: Applicants awaiting graduation must provide proof of completion of academic coursework, supported by a letter from their administration highlighting this and their expected class of graduation.
- Academic Achievement: Candidates must have graduated with a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or provide evidence that this will be their final score.
- Strong academic record with a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work at the Schneider Electric office in Lagos, Nigeria.
