Join our UK Trainee or Residential volunteering programme teams and dive into an outdoor world packed with challenge & excitement!

There are only a limited number of places available and we welcome applications from the UK, Europe and all over the world.
As a volunteer, you will:
- Work as an Outdoor Activity Instructor
- Lead and support adventure-based activities
- Assist in training and guiding participants
- Develop leadership and teamwork skills

- UK Volunteer Trainee Instructor Program (UK applicants only)
- Residential Volunteer program (UK and international applicants)

Eligibility Criteria for the Scout Adventures Volunteer Program 2026
- Open to all Nationals.
- Age: Must be 18 or older.
- Attitude:
- High energy and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Willingness to be outdoors in all weather.
- Experience:
- No specific formal qualifications or prior experience are needed.
- A good standard of English is required.
