Job Description
Students passionate about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies now have an opportunity to study in Germany with financial support through the DAAD Zuse School of Embedded Composite Artificial Intelligence (SECAI) Scholarships 2026.
The programme supports outstanding international and domestic students pursuing Master’s degrees in AI-related fields at TU Dresden and Leipzig University.
The scholarship programme is designed to strengthen international collaboration, diversity, and innovation in Artificial Intelligence research and education. With up to 20 scholarships available, selected students will receive monthly financial support to help cover living expenses while studying in Germany.
About the SECAI Scholarship Programme
The SECAI Scholarships were established to support highly qualified students who intend to pursue advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and related disciplines. The programme recognizes AI as an interdisciplinary field that combines computer science, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, law, social sciences, and application areas such as medicine.
The initiative also aims to encourage diversity in AI education and research. Women in STEM fields, students from underrepresented backgrounds, refugees, and applicants facing systemic disadvantages are strongly encouraged to apply.
The scholarship enables students to focus on academic excellence, research development, and professional networking opportunities within Germany’s growing AI ecosystem.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants for the DAAD SECAI Scholarships 2026 will receive:
