Sherman Gray Graduate Trainee Program 2025

Description

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates ready to launch their careers in engineering and the built environment.

Our one-year Graduate Trainee Program offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience to equip you with technical skills, industry exposure, and a strong career foundation.

Available Tracks

We are recruiting in each of the following areas:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Land Surveying
  • Quantity Surveying

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
  • Assist senior engineers, architects, or surveyors in executing real projects.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and technical analysis as assigned.
  • Support project planning, design, implementation, and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.

Requirements for the Sherman Gray Graduate Trainee Program 2025

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any of the listed disciplines.
  • Not more than one (1) year post-NYSC completion.
  • Strong academic performance and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc., where applicable) will be an added advantage.
