About the SITP Graduate Trainee Programme
The SITP Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop young graduates for technical and professional roles within the energy industry.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian
- Have a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
- Have five O’Level credits in one sitting
- Have a degree in Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics
- Have not more than 3 years post-graduation experience, including NYSC
- Be below 26 years old
- Have completed Master’s degree by 2025, if applying with one
- Be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
