Role Overview

SMEDAN is seeking skilled professionals with proven expertise in entrepreneurship development, digital technology, startup growth, and business innovation.

Selected candidates will support the delivery of impactful training programmes designed to equip young Nigerians and small business owners with practical knowledge and in-demand digital skills needed to succeed in today’s economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on entrepreneurship and digital innovation
• Facilitate workshops and interactive learning activities
• Provide mentorship and practical guidance to participants
• Develop and adapt training materials for diverse audiences
• Share real-world insights to support startup growth and sustainability
• Contribute to programme success and participant outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

Applicants should:

• Have experience as trainers, facilitators, or subject matter experts
• Possess strong knowledge of entrepreneurship, digital skills, or startup development
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have experience working with youths, startups, or MSMEs
• Be passionate about economic empowerment and innovation
