Social Media Intern At SENCE

Skill Enhancement Centre (SENCE) provides professional training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Intern At SENCE

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms promptly and professionally
  • Engage with followers, customers, and online communities to build strong relationships
  • Monitor conversations, mentions, and brand tags
  • Escalate customer complaints or sensitive issues to the appropriate team
  • Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support the development of captions and basic content ideas
  • Help maintain the content calendar to ensure consistency
  • Identify social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas
  • Source user-generated content (UGC) and support content curation
  • Assist during content shoots, events, or campaigns when required
  • Track basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, DMs)
  • Assist in preparing simple social media performance reports
  • Provide insights on audience behavior and engagement trends
  • Support the team with day-to-day social media tasks
  • Maintain organized records of content, responses, and interactions
  • Assist with any other marketing-related tasks as assigned

The company is looking for:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is an advantage
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
