As part of its team expansion, Lenar Medtech is recruiting for the position of Social Media Management Intern.
Responsibilities
The Social Media Management Intern will assist with the company’s online presence and day-to-day social media activities. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of social media strategies.
- Creating content that improves brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
- Creating and curating social media content, including images, videos, infographics, and written copy.
- Helping manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
- Monitoring social media pages for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Responding to and engaging with the audience in a professional and timely manner.
- Tracking social media performance and reviewing key metrics and KPIs.
- Identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to improve social media performance.
- Keeping up with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Supporting other digital marketing activities when required.
Training and Development
This internship is designed to provide practical experience for corps members who want to pursue social media management or digital marketing as a career.
During the one-year internship, the successful candidate will receive hands-on experience working with a collaborative team. The intern will also have access to digital marketing training, resources, and useful templates that can help build practical skills.
Requirements
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 0–1 year of work experience.
- Must be an NYSC corps member seeking a PPA.
- A strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.
- Creativity and good attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and compelling social media content.
- Must have completed at least one social media management course.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret basic data and identify actionable insights.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and develop professionally.
Salary: N30,000 – N50,000 monthly
