Norrenberger Financial Group Software Engineering Intern – NYSC

Norrenberger Financial Group is hiring a Software Engineering Intern for NYSC corps members posted to Abuja.

Role Summary

The Software Engineering Intern will support the development and maintenance of Norrenberger’s web and backend systems.

This is a hands-on role where the intern will learn by doing. The work will involve building features, supporting backend APIs, improving frontend interfaces where necessary, debugging issues, documenting systems, and working with engineers on real product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of backend APIs, primarily using Node.js.
  • Contribute to frontend development using React when needed.
  • Help identify and fix bugs.
  • Improve existing product features.
  • Write clean, readable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with engineers on new features and system enhancements.
