Job Description

Sundry Markets Limited is recruiting graduates for its 2026 trainee programme across multiple locations in Nigeria.This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to contribute to building a world-class shopping experience.

Successful candidates will play a critical role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business performance. Depending on the role and level, you may be involved in frontline operations, or strategic execution. • Retail Management Trainee
• Retail Buyer Trainee
• Warehouse Management Trainee
• Internal Audit Trainee
• Accounting Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and high performance
• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance overall shopping experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Supervise and manage team members where applicable
• Drive execution of company strategies and operational standards
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements where needed
