We’re now looking for a Technical Support Developer to join our EasyPractice team; a platform used by more than 40,000 therapists and clinicians worldwide.
About the Role
You’ll be the bridge between customer support and development solving complex technical issues, maintaining systems built with Laravel and Vue.js, and ensuring our users enjoy seamless experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues from 1st-line support
- Debug and maintain Laravel/Vue.js applications
- Collaborate with developers and product team
- Improve code performance and document solutions
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with Laravel, PHP, and Vue.js
- Good understanding of MySQL or other databases
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SaaS or customer-facing technical roles
