TGI Group is hiring Graduate Trainees for a structured rotational programme. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across core business functions, working alongside experienced professionals and learning real processes and systems.

Successful participants will be placed in a permanent full-time role upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple business departments and functions
• Work alongside experienced professionals on real tasks and systems
• Learn operations, processes, and workflows across the business
• Interface and collaborate with multiple teams

Requirements

• 0–2 years post-NYSC experience
• Not older than 27
• Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Logistics, Business, or related fields
• Willingness to learn quickly across unfamiliar functions
• Strong adaptability to new environments and challenges
• Good communication skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
