Job Description

Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited is recruiting qualified graduates for the position of Business Development Intern within its Business Development and Sales team.

The internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in market research, lead generation, customer engagement, business reporting and sales support within Nigeria’s energy services and engineering sector.

Position: Business Development Intern

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist with lead generation and customer database management.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and business development reports.
  • Follow up on prospective client enquiries and support customer engagement activities.
  • Analyse business development data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Use digital and AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency.
  • Support other business development and sales activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • NYSC Completion Certificate or NYSC Call-Up Letter.
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous internship, academic project, volunteering or leadership experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, research and analytical skills.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated interest in business development, sales, technology, data or customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an added advantage.
