- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum of Second Class Lower)
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an Exemption Certificate
- Must not be older than 30 years as of 31st December 2026
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn
