Requirements
All applicants, regardless of the position, Must possess a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), National Examinations Council (NECO), West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), or General Certificate of Education (GCE) O’Level with credits in five (5) subjects, including Mathematics and English Language. Applicants are also expected to be ICT compliant and possess strong digital skills.
Academic Staff Positions & Qualifications:
- Senior Lecturer:
- Requires a Ph.D.
- Minimum of six (6) years of teaching/research experience in a university, research institution, or an equivalent institution.
- Must have outstanding scholarly publications.
- Fellowship certificates (e.g., FWACS, FNMC, FWACP) are accepted for positions in Clinical and Basic Clinical Sciences.
- Lecturer I:
- Requires a Ph.D.
- Minimum of three (3) years of teaching/research experience in a university, research institution, or an equivalent institution.
- Must have relevant teaching or research experience.
- Lecturer II:
- Requires a Ph.D. or an M.Sc. with the required CGPA for those willing to pursue a Ph.D.
- Must have evidence of progress in research.
- Requires at least one published journal article.
- Assistant Lecturer:
- Requires a Master’s or equivalent degree.
- Applicants without the qualification may be considered with evidence of progress in research and academic excellence.

- Administrative Officer II:
- A first degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division from a recognized institution.
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Applicants must be digitally literate, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in ICT.
- Accountant I:
- A first degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting).
- A minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience.
- Professional certification from a recognized body such as ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA is a requirement.
- Pharmacist I:
- A B.Sc. or B.Pharm from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Executive Officer (Accounts):
- A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Must also meet the general O’Level requirements.
- Higher Technical Officer (ICT/Computer Studies):
- A B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
