Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech savvy Virtual Assistant with strong skills in social media management and data entry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, can handle multiple tasks, and is passionate about supporting business growth through efficient operations and engaging online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support

  • Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
  • Handle basic research, document preparation, and file organization.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.
  • Assist with content ideas, branding consistency, and campaign execution.

Data Entry & Database Management

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases.
  • Conduct data cleanup, validation, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and reporting tools.
