As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Web Developer to join our team and help us create functional, engaging, and high-performing websites for our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other relevant technologies.
- Developing and customizing websites using platforms and page builders such as Elementor, Wix, Webflow, Divi, Brizy, and Framer.
- Working with designers to turn wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
- Ensuring websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Improving website speed, performance, usability, and overall functionality.
- Updating website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia.
- Maintaining consistent branding and messaging across websites and other web properties.
- Monitoring website performance and identifying areas that need improvement.
- Debugging websites and resolving technical and functionality issues.
- Applying SEO best practices to help improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Using tools such as Google Analytics to understand website traffic and user behaviour.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure web projects support broader business and client goals.
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is technically capable, creative, reliable, and comfortable working with both clients and internal teams.
To be considered, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant web development experience.
- Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Knowledge of web frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- The ability to build visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- A good understanding of web design principles, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and new technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to understand client needs and turn them into clear, actionable development tasks.
- A portfolio showcasing previous web development projects.
