Job Description

Are you a young woman aged 18–35 from Northern Nigeria or the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) who is passionate about leadership, public policy, financial inclusion, and personal development?

This is an opportunity to strengthen your leadership capacity, expand your knowledge, develop practical skills, and connect with a network of young women committed to creating positive change in their communities.

Programme details

  • Format: 6-week intensive virtual fellowship
  • Mode: Fully online

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a young woman aged 18–35.
  • Be from, reside in, or have a strong connection to Northern Nigeria.
  • Have an interest in leadership, advocacy, public policy, governance, education, finance, digital spaces, or community development.
  • Be available and committed to participating throughout the six-week fellowship.
  • Be willing to learn, actively participate, and take meaningful action within their communities.
