Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and building a strong community around our brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Develop and manage weekly/monthly content calendars to keep communication consistent.
- Write captivating captions and design simple, on-brand graphics.
- Run paid ad campaigns, monitor results, and optimize performance using platform analytics.
- Spot trends early and craft content that taps into relevant conversations in logistics and technology.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital trends.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results.
- Strong design and copywriting skills (experience with Canva or CapCut is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance.
- Interest in logistics, technology, or startups is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
