About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals across Arc’s freelance and full-time hiring solutions. This role is perfect for a sharp communicator who loves helping companies solve their talent challenges while thriving in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and close deals across a pipeline of qualified leads
- Run discovery calls to understand client needs, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with the Matching Team to deliver top-tier candidate options
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and prospective clients
- Master Arc’s offerings, including their vetting process and HireAI technology

Keep CRM records organized and up to date
What You Need
- 2+ years of sales experience (AE, SDR, or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, proactive, and driven to exceed targets

Available during standard working hours for calls and client engagement
