Account Executive at Float

Job Description
Float, the world’s leading resource management software trusted by 4,500+ top global teams, is looking for an Account Executive (EMEA) to join their fully remote, async-first team. As part of Float’s fast-growing sales team, you’ll take full ownership of the SMB sales cycle across the EMEA region handling qualified inbound leads, running discovery calls, delivering product demos, and closing deals. You’ll dive deep into Float’s product, understand customer needs, and help drive consistent, high-velocity revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle for inbound SMB leads in EMEA
- Run discovery calls and deliver strong product demos
- Close up to 20 deals per month and generate ~$5K in new MRR
- Become an expert in Float’s product and workflow solutions

Contribute to refining the SMB sales playbook and sales strategy
What You’ll Need
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Strong track record meeting or exceeding quota
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Excellent discovery and demo presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
