Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Officer will manage vendor payments, ensure accurate financial records, and support smooth operations across procurement and logistics. This role is essential to maintaining strong financial control and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process vendor invoices accurately
  • Manage payments and maintain proper records
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Track outstanding payables and prepare reports
  • Support tax processes and financial audits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in accounts payable or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • ICAN/ACCA (or in progress)
  • Experience in healthcare or startup environments
  • Familiarity with payment and reconciliation tools

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
