Active-D Agrotech is currently expanding its operations and seeking passionate, driven, and qualified individuals to join its growing team.

The company invites applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about agriculture, innovation, and field engagement for the following positions:

1. Marketing Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out field marketing and outreach activities within assigned locations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders
• Promote the company’s products and services effectively
• Collect market insights and customer feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE certificate
• Must own or have access to a motorcycle (logistics support will be provided)
• Willingness and ability to travel locally for field activities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Must reside in Kano, Kaduna, or Niger State

Salary Package:

• ₦80,000 monthly
  • ₦50,000 Basic Salary
  • ₦30,000 Logistics Allowance

2. Agronomist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical agricultural support and advisory services
• Monitor crop performance and recommend best agronomic practices
• Support field trials, research, and farmer training programs
• Ensure effective implementation of agricultural solutions

Requirements:

• BSc / HND / MSc in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in field conditions and engage with local farmers

Salary Package:

• ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
• Free accommodation provided
