Job Description

The Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), a global leader in online design education with over 1.2 million enrollments, is hiring a remote Admin & Support Specialist to join their fully distributed team. If you’re passionate about helping people, love structured work, and enjoy solving problems before they even arise, this role may be perfect for you.

As part of IxDF’s support and operations team, you’ll be the first point of contact for learners across more than 100 countries. Your day will include responding to member inquiries via email, chat, and social platforms, troubleshooting issues, supporting internal teams, keeping documentation updated, and helping improve workflows that directly impact user experience.

IxDF is looking for someone empathetic, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and comfortable handling multiple tasks independently. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating structure, and have excellent written communication skills.
