AOS Orwell is currently recruiting suitably qualified professionals for the following roles:
- Accountant
- Field Service Engineer
- ICSS Engineer
- Lead, Design Engineer
- Project Manager
- Revenues to Cash Realisation Officer
- Technical Sales Engineer
- Executive Account Manager
1. Accountant
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and internal financial policies. This role ensures proper cost management for projects and operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualifications like ICAN/ACCA are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in oil and gas or engineering services
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
2. Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer provides hands-on technical support on oilfield equipment and tools. They install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair systems on-site at client facilities or offshore locations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related Engineering discipline
- 5+ years experience in oilfield equipment operations and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in field conditions
- Familiarity with safety standards and HSE compliance
- Willingness to work on rotational/field assignments
3. ICSS Engineer (Integrated Control & Safety Systems Engineer)
The ICSS Engineer specializes in control systems, instrumentation, and safety systems for oil and gas facilities. They design, configure, test, and maintain automation systems that ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
- At least 5 years hands-on experience with ICSS, DCS, SCADA, or PLC systems
- Knowledge of process safety standards (IEC 61511, SIL assessments)
- Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience
- Vendor certifications (Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, etc.) are a plus
4. Lead, Design Engineer
The Lead Design Engineer oversees the design of mechanical, structural, and process engineering solutions for oil and gas projects. They coordinate a team of engineers and ensure designs meet international standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Process Engineering
- 5+ years design engineering experience, preferably in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDMS, etc.)
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills
- Ability to review and approve technical drawings and design calculations
5. Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering oilfield or engineering projects within budget, scope, and schedule. They act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in oil and gas
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, budget management, and client relations skills
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure HSE compliance
6. Revenues to Cash Realisation Officer
This role ensures smooth revenue recognition, billing, collections, and conversion of revenues into cash flow for the company. They track receivables and work closely with the finance team to ensure liquidity.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in credit control, billing, or revenue management
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Technical Sales Engineer
The Technical Sales Engineer combines technical expertise with sales skills to provide oilfield clients with the right solutions. They prepare proposals, give product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, etc.)
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in oilfield services or engineering solutions
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into customer benefits
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
8. Executive Account Manager
The Executive Account Manager manages relationships with key clients, ensures service delivery, and identifies new business opportunities. They are responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- 5+ years of account management experience in oil and gas services
- Strong client networking and business development skills
- Proven record of managing high-value accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
