Job Description

Air Peace Limited is seeking qualified candidates to support flight operations within its Operations Control Centre. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and fully compliant flight operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor operational and ATS flight plans
• Analyze weather and operational conditions to optimize routing and fuel efficiency
• Maintain continuous flight watch and operational oversight
• Coordinate effectively with pilots, maintenance teams, and airport units
• Manage irregular operations, including delays, diversions, and emergencies
• Ensure strict compliance with NCAA and ICAO regulations
• Support overall safe and efficient flight operations

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND or equivalent qualification
• Valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher License
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed Flight Dispatcher
• Strong knowledge of weather analysis and flight planning systems
• Good understanding of NCAA regulations and ICAO standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant aviation tools
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment

Salary: ₦365,000 – ₦900,000 monthly
