Job Description

Nevaro Appliances is currently hiring a B2B Sales Associate to help drive sales and build relationships with real estate developers, property managers, and corporate clients across Lagos.

About the Role

Nevaro Appliances is looking for a performance-driven sales professional who can manage the full sales process — from lead generation to closing deals and client handover. This role is ideal for someone confident in B2B sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential developers and business opportunities
  • Reach out to procurement heads and decision-makers through calls, networking, and site visits
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights
  • Track and report weekly sales KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in appliances, construction, or building supplies is an advantage
  • Strong communication, cold outreach, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel across Lagos for client meetings and site visits
  • Strong follow-up discipline and growth mindset
