Nevaro Appliances is currently hiring a B2B Sales Associate to help drive sales and build relationships with real estate developers, property managers, and corporate clients across Lagos.
About the Role
Nevaro Appliances is looking for a performance-driven sales professional who can manage the full sales process — from lead generation to closing deals and client handover. This role is ideal for someone confident in B2B sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential developers and business opportunities
- Reach out to procurement heads and decision-makers through calls, networking, and site visits
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Track and report weekly sales KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in appliances, construction, or building supplies is an advantage
- Strong communication, cold outreach, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Ability to travel across Lagos for client meetings and site visits
- Strong follow-up discipline and growth mindset
