About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance in both French and English. You’ll help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Provide support in both French and English
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional assistance
Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve order-related and technical issues
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Ensure customer concerns are handled efficiently
Customer Experience
- Build trust and strengthen customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as a positive ambassador for the brands you support
Tools & Systems
- Work with customer service platforms such as:
- Zendesk
- Salesforce
- CRM and support management tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluent (C1/C2 level) in both French and English; written and spoken
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in: BPOs, Call Centers, SaaS Companies. Customer Support Teams
- Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support tools
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies

Availability
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends when required
