Job Description
Clipboard, a fast-growing YC-backed Series C marketplace, is hiring a Billing Representative to join its global remote team. Clipboard connects professionals with on-demand work opportunities and has been profitable since 2022, filling millions of shifts every year across the U.S.
As a Billing Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping Clipboard’s cash flow strong. You’ll monitor outstanding workplace invoices, follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and work closely with teams like Sales, Billing Disputes, and Customer Support to make sure workplaces pay on time. This role is all about clear communication, relationship-building, and solving billing challenges with professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Track and manage overdue invoices
- Contact workplaces via phone and email for payment updates
- Investigate reasons for non-payment and resolve billing concerns
- Maintain accurate logs and accounts receivable updates
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams
- Build trust with workplace partners and set expectations

Work toward a quarterly 95% collection rate
