What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, and other EVM-compatible blockchains.
- Build NFT minting platforms, distribution flows, and marketplaces tailored for creative and branded projects.
- Integrate blockchain applications with frontend platforms (React, Next.js, web, and mobile).
- Work closely with creative teams to shape use cases, token utilities, and immersive user experiences.
- Ensure security, scalability, and gas efficiency in every deployment.
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging Web3 tools, Layer 2 solutions, and NFT standards.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer, Smart Contract Engineer, or NFT Engineer.
- Strong command of Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, and blockchain SDKs (ethers.js, web3.js).
- Experience deploying and testing contracts on Ethereum testnets and mainnet.
- Familiarity with ERC-721, ERC-1155 standards and metadata structures.
- Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure: wallets, transaction flows, and dApps.
- Ability to integrate blockchain systems with modern frontend frameworks.

A portfolio, GitHub, or case studies showcasing real blockchain/NFT projects.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
- Knowledge of IPFS, Arweave, or decentralized storage.
- Familiarity with DeFi, DAOs, or tokenomics.
- Interest in creative industries, branding, and immersive storytelling.
