Bitvavo is Europe’s largest EUR-spot crypto exchange making it simple and secure to buy, sell, and store over 400 digital assets. We’re looking for a Payment & Wallet Operations Specialist to help ensure the smooth running of our daily crypto operations and support our growing global platform.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily crypto operations and ensure liquidity across hot wallets, custody, and staking.
- Oversee staking operations, rewards, and risk management.
- Identify new staking opportunities and support Treasury with strategy updates.
- Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and finance to ensure accurate balances and seamless processes.
- Reconcile blockchain balances, perform daily checks, and manage wallet transactions.
- Maintain and improve custody and staking procedures in line with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in crypto operations, treasury, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of blockchain and digital assets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and sense of ownership.
