Business Analyst at Venture Garden Group (VGG)

Venture Garden Group (VGG), through PeopleOs, is currently hiring a Business Analyst, Central Operations & Execution to join its growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in project coordination, business analysis, and operational planning who want to work in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support cross-functional projects, operational planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business units within the Venture Garden Group ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are translated into measurable execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of cross-functional projects and track milestones
• Maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, and status reports
• Identify risks, blockers, and support mitigation plans
• Coordinate meetings, document action points, and follow up on deliverables
• Translate operational discussions into structured work plans and reports
• Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare BRDs, SOPs, project charters, executive reports, and operational summaries
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
• Conduct research and data analysis for strategic decision-making
• Coordinate recurring operational processes and reporting cycles
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports
• Maintain organized project documentation and version control
• Communicate updates clearly across teams and management levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in business analysis, project management, consulting, or strategy execution
• Experience working on cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of operational planning and process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Notion, and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Copilot, Claude AI, or Notion AI
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
