The company is currently recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Cabin Crew in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Summary

As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for providing passengers with maximum comfort and excellent service through courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and professional assistance throughout the journey.

  • Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold all safety and service standards in line with NCAA cabin crew regulations
  • Report incidents, occurrences, or observations to the flight commander
  • Manage onboard cabin services effectively
  • Maintain proper decorum and professional conduct while in uniform
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings
  • Ensure cabin safety and security throughout flights
  • Represent the airline positively as a brand ambassador at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline
  • Must have completed NYSC or possess an Exemption Certificate
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an added advantage)
  • Excellent health and fitness level
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
