Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers. Your role will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing customer inquiries over the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Achieving daily and monthly call performance targets.
- Building strong rapport with customers while promoting the company’s values.
Requirements
- Clear and natural accent with excellent spoken English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to listen actively, show empathy, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work full-time during assigned hours (1:00 pm – 10:00 pm).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- A competitive base salary of ₦250,000 per month.
