• Role: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
• Pay: Base pay + per qualified appointment + performance bonuses
• Clear pay structure shared during screening
  Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Hours | Remote)

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English with a neutral accent
• Prior cold calling experience (US real estate preferred).
• Reliable internet & quiet work environment
• PC/Laptop + headset
• Ability to show setup via Loom (including internet speed test)

KPIs (Performance Targets)

• 250-300 dials/day (ramp-up supported)
• 3-5 qualified appointments/week
• Consistency and reliability are mandatory
