Job Description
This role provides oversight on the Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework that effectively translates the risk appetite framework into informed decision-making practices, supporting Tangerine’s business and strategic objectives as well as providing oversight on the internal control activities of Tangerine.
Qualifications
- First Degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 8- 14 years post graduate experience in risk management or related area within the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of insurance products offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.)
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Should be well versed with the regulatory environment.
- Professional certifications in any risk and related discipline
