Konga Online Shopping Limited is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the following roles:

  • Cash Officer
  • Inventory Officer
  • Ingestion Officer

Cash Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile cash balances and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Support the finance team with audits and related processes.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Inventory Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient stock management.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management tools is an added advantage.

Ingestion Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Upload, update, and manage product listings on the Konga platform.
  • Ensure product descriptions, prices, and images meet company standards.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to keep product information accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to enhance visibility.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms or digital tools is an advantage.
