Konga Online Shopping Limited is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the following roles:
- Cash Officer
- Inventory Officer
- Ingestion Officer
Cash Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile cash balances and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support the finance team with audits and related processes.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Inventory Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate periodic reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient stock management.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management tools is an added advantage.
Ingestion Officer
Responsibilities:
- Upload, update, and manage product listings on the Konga platform.
- Ensure product descriptions, prices, and images meet company standards.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to keep product information accurate and up to date.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to enhance visibility.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms or digital tools is an advantage.
