Role Overview

• We are seeking smart, driven, and result-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Collection Specialists.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in the fintech and financial services sector, particularly in credit and debt recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with outstanding loan obligations via phone, email, and other approved channels
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions
• Follow up consistently on overdue accounts to achieve collection targets
• Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Escalate complex cases where necessary

Requirements as CashXpress Nigeria is Hiring Collection Specialists

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
• You must have NYSC
• Must be a fresh graduate or have 0–2 years experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
