Our culture values flexibility, innovation, and ownership and now, we’re looking for a talented CEO Assistant / Accounting / Online Project Manager to join us remotely (20 hours per week).
About the Role
You’ll work directly with our CEOs, managing both administrative and accounting-related tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. If you have a background in accounting, that’s great but if not, don’t worry. What matters most is your motivation to learn, your eye for detail, and your ability to stay organized across multiple projects.
This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility such as parents looking for work-life balance — since it’s part-time (4 hours per day, 5 days a week), with the option to increase hours later on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage monthly bookings using Zoho Books
- Handle invoicing, account reconciliation, and receipt issuing
- Support partner communications and other administrative functions
- Perform general assistant tasks and ensure smooth operations for the CEOs
- Oversee team coordination and day-to-day activities
- Contribute to SEO project management and digital workflow improvement
What We’re Looking For

- Has strong attention to detail; nothing gets past you
- Brings digital fluency; you’re confident using online tools (Google Apps, Notion, Slack, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Possesses excellent written communication; you can express yourself clearly and professionally
- Is organized, reliable, and meets deadlines with ease
- Has a high sense of responsibility and pride in your work
- Enjoys learning new systems and adapting quickly
- Speaks fluent English
- Understands basic accounting principles (a bonus if you have formal experience)
- Has strong research skills and curiosity for improvement
Bonus Points If You Have
- An accounting background or certification
- Experience with Zoho products (especially Zoho Books)
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS tools
- Knowledge of SEO or content optimization (nice to have, not required)

Compensation & Benefits
