Looking for a remote communications role where you can combine creativity, content creation, and French language skills? Reliance Health is hiring a Communications Associate (French) to support its growing francophone markets across Africa.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Create engaging French-language content for social media platforms
- Adapt content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook
- Plan and schedule weekly/monthly content for francophone audiences
- Write captions, support graphics creation, and maintain brand voice
Writing & Messaging
- Develop blog posts, email campaigns, scripts, and social content in French and English
- Review French content for grammar, clarity, and cultural relevance
- Ensure consistent messaging across francophone markets
Reporting & Campaign Support
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
- Support marketing campaigns targeted at French-speaking audiences
- Suggest improvements based on audience insights and data
Collaboration
- Work with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Leadership teams
- Act as a bridge between English-speaking teams and francophone markets
- Support internal communications and staff updates in French
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption letter
- Strong writing and communication skills in both French and English
- Experience with social media management and CRM tools
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
- Good understanding of francophone African digital culture
- Data literacy and ability to interpret performance metrics
Added Advantage
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing skills
- Experience in health tech, fintech, or B2B content creation
- Familiarity with markets like Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, or Cameroon
- Experience with Zoho tools
