Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Create engaging French-language content for social media platforms
• Adapt content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook
• Plan and schedule weekly/monthly content for francophone audiences
• Write captions, support graphics creation, and maintain brand voice

Writing & Messaging

• Develop blog posts, email campaigns, scripts, and social content in French and English
• Review French content for grammar, clarity, and cultural relevance
• Ensure consistent messaging across francophone markets

Reporting & Campaign Support

• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
• Support marketing campaigns targeted at French-speaking audiences
• Suggest improvements based on audience insights and data

Collaboration

• Work with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Leadership teams
• Act as a bridge between English-speaking teams and francophone markets
• Support internal communications and staff updates in French

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption letter
• Strong writing and communication skills in both French and English
• Experience with social media management and CRM tools
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
• Good understanding of francophone African digital culture
• Data literacy and ability to interpret performance metrics

Added Advantage

• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing skills
• Experience in health tech, fintech, or B2B content creation
• Familiarity with markets like Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, or Cameroon
• Experience with Zoho tools
