Community Activation Associate (Internship)

Job Description
We are the first Nigerian-built parental control app designed specifically for African families. Our platform gives parents real-time visibility and control over what their children see and do online, all at a price Nigerian homes can afford.
As more children spend time online every day, many parents want to keep them safe but don’t know where to start. That’s where you come in.
About the Role
This is not a desk job. We are building our first team of passionate advocates who will introduce the app to parents, schools, churches, and communities across Nigeria.
You will demonstrate the app, help parents get started, activate free trials, and support them throughout their journey to becoming paying subscribers.
What You’ll Do
During your onboarding and training period, you will:
- Install and test both parent and child apps on real devices
- Create step-by-step setup videos for new users
- Launch and manage social media campaigns using our official hashtag
- Develop engaging marketing content approved by the team
- Support subscribers through live online assistance sessions
- Build an FAQ resource based on real user experiences
- Document processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete the full subscriber onboarding process
- Troubleshoot common issues on Android and iOS devices
- Create short-form videos showing real-life app usage
- Test various parent-child scenarios to improve user experience
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a perfect fit if:
- You easily figure out apps, settings, and technology on your own
- You can explain technology clearly to non-technical people
- You are active on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
- You are confident speaking with people in churches, schools, estates, and communities
- You genuinely care about children’s online safety
- You are proactive, dependable, and willing to learn
- You are motivated to grow and earn through performance

Qualification: FSLC, SSCE, OND, NCE, or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 0 – 2 years

Compensation & Rewards
