The Mission
This isn’t your average community management role. We’re looking for someone who can blend creativity, strategy, and personality, someone who can host conversations, build excitement, and turn milestones into movements.
You’ll be our storyteller, our hype-builder, and the friendly face behind the brand. Whether it’s a new game reveal, a fresh 3D model, or a big collaboration, you’ll be there to celebrate it, share it, and spark conversation.
What You’ll Do
Here’s what your adventure will look like:
- Host Weekly Twitter Spaces — Chat with fans, showcase progress, share updates, and build trust with our growing community.
- Launch Bite-Sized Campaigns — Plan small but impactful marketing pushes around key milestones (like new builds or game reveals).
- Keep the Community Alive — Be active on Discord, Twitter, and other channels, answering questions, sharing news, and keeping the vibes high.
- Create Shareable Content — Posts, clips, threads, graphics — you’ll craft content that shows off what we’ve built and what’s coming next.
- Collaborate with Artists & Devs — Work with our game and art teams to package updates into fun, sharable formats (think before/after reels, highlight clips, and sneak peeks).
- Learn What Works — Track engagement, see what hits, and double down on strategies that resonate with the community.
- Tell Our Story — Help position 3MetaD as not just a studio, but a creative partner that helps others bring their projects to life.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a creative go-getter with a passion for people, storytelling, and digital culture.
- Experience in content marketing or social media
- Fluent English (US-based tone and clarity)
- Attention to detail; because great storytelling is in the small stuff
- Multitasking skills; you’ll be juggling content, chats, and campaigns
- A collaborative spirit, balanced with the ability to work independently
- Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
Bonus Points For:
- A background in marketing or advertising
- Experience with small businesses or agencies
- A love for gaming, crypto, or blockchain
- Experience in tech, gaming studios, or creative agencies
Compensation & Perks
