Job Description

HRBP Limited is seeking a creative and proactive Content & Community Associate to support a growing leadership, learning, and human capacity development brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating impactful content, managing digital communities, and driving meaningful audience engagement.

About the Role

  • Create engaging content that inspires learning, leadership, and personal development.
  • Manage and grow online communities through meaningful interactions.
  • Produce video content and support digital campaigns, events, and training programs.
  • Help strengthen the brand’s online presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and coordinate video content production.
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels and online learning communities.
  • Drive conversations, engagement, and community growth across digital platforms.
  • Support content campaigns, launches, training programs, and events.
  • Design simple graphics and visual assets (an added advantage).
  • Monitor content trends and recommend fresh, creative ideas.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or community engagement.
  • Experience shooting and editing videos for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and community management.
  • Excellent storytelling and content development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
  • Passion for learning, leadership, youth empowerment, and personal development.
