Content Creator at Bloxee

Job Description
Do you spend way too much time on TikTok, but somehow know exactly why a video went viral? Do you notice new trends before everyone else catches on? Can you spot a boring corporate caption from a mile away? If yes, Bloxee Labs wants to hear from you.
We’re looking for a creative, internet-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who understands TikTok, Instagram, Gen Z culture, memes, trends, and the little things that make people stop scrolling. You don’t need years of professional experience or a long CV. We care more about what you can create, how you think, and how quickly you can learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help create social media content for our apps, with a focus on short-form content that connects with international audiences.
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Creating engaging TikTok slideshows and Instagram carousels
- Creating and editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Researching trending formats, sounds, memes, topics, and content styles
- Turning successful content ideas into fresh and creative variations
- Writing natural captions, hooks, and on-screen text
- Experimenting with different concepts to discover what performs best
- Adapting content to different countries, audiences, and online trends
- Reviewing content performance and using what you learn to improve future posts
- Working closely with the team to test new ideas and continuously improve our social presence
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who genuinely gets social media.
You should:
- Understand how TikTok and Instagram content works
- Be familiar with Gen Z and Western internet culture, including humor, slang, memes, and online trends

- Know how to write hooks that make people want to watch, read, or swipe
- Constantly come up with new content ideas
