Tradeify is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm operating at the intersection of performance, data, and community. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our lean People team and drive high-impact hiring across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles
• Manage high-volume pipelines with a strong candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers to scope and fill roles quickly
• Source talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
• Conduct recruiter screens and manage ATS data

• Improve recruiting workflows and processes as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• Proven in-house recruiting experience (startup/high-growth preferred)
• Strong high-volume hiring and sourcing skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and execution ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, trading, fintech, or prop trading

• Background hiring for technical, trading, or growth roles
