Crypto & Finance Analyst at Figment

Position: Full-Time

Salary: CAD 75,000 – 90,000 / year

Figment, the world’s leading blockchain infrastructure provider, is on the hunt for a Crypto & Finance Analyst to help ensure the accuracy of staking rewards, strengthen financial reporting, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure accurate internal and customer staking reports
• Collaborate across Finance, Data, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Quantify staking risks, downtime, and missed rewards
• Streamline processes and improve financial data consistency
• Support client reconciliation and reporting requests

What You’ll Need

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, data analysis, or related roles
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Tableau/Sigma experience is a plus
• Sharp analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Crypto or blockchain knowledge is a bonus (Ethereum, Solana, etc.)
• CPA designation (or in progress) preferred
