Role Overview

We’re looking for a CT Lead to design and execute effective strategies on X, craft sharp and engaging copy, and manage your schedule independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and deliver impactful strategies for Movimentum’s presence on X.
• Write compelling copy aligned with our mission.
• Adapt to the 24/7 pace of crypto, occasionally working weekends when needed.
• Manage your own schedule using time-blocking and task management tools.

What We Expect

• Proven experience growing and managing active social media accounts, especially on X.
• Strong copywriting skills with a creative edge.
• Deep familiarity with Twitter/X culture and dynamics.
• Full-time commitment (40+ hours per week) and flexibility to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• An active personal X account with regular posts.
• Video editing or infographic design skills.

What We Offer

• Salary: $36,000 – $72,000/year.
